- INRTODUCTION :
High purity titanium Grade 5 milling blank, especially designed for the use of CAD CAM milling systems. This industrially manufactured material ensures consistent quality and is suitable for crowns and bridges in the anterior and posterior regions. Any type of veneering ceramics which are suitable for titanium can be used. Sizes available for Round OD 98mm disks with or without step for height between 10mm and 25mm.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product.
How Long Does this Coverage Last :
The warranty lasts for ten (10) years from the date of original purchase of this product.
Who is Covered :
This limited warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product. The limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product.
How to Obtain Services :

What Origin Dental Solution Will Do :

What Origin Dental Solution Will Not Do Under this Limited Warranty :
This limited warranty does not assume the risk of loss during shipment. This limited warranty would not insure the product during its shipments to the client.
No Other Express Warranty Applies :
This warranty is sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Origin Dental Solution.

Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to special amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
After receiving the item, contact us within 30 days, refund will be given as money back and return shipping will be on buyers.
